This sophisticated CRM system was completely custom-designed and built from the ground up specifically to streamline the management of corporate clients and prospective candidates within a high-volume HR and recruitment agency. In this data-heavy project, we were directly responsible for conducting the initial deep analysis of business requirements. Following this, we led the full-cycle development and rigorous automated testing of all CRM functionalities, including advanced applicant tracking pipelines. Finally, we successfully executed the seamless integration of this custom CRM with various other industry-standard HR tools, job boards, and communication platforms to create a unified workflow.
