This highly technical, enterprise-level project involved the complete, from-scratch development of a highly scalable web platform designed specifically for the granular management, tracking, and analytics of a massive, high-volume call center department. Our extensive role included the critical UI design of an incredibly fast, distraction-free interface optimized for operator efficiency. We engineered the robust backend functionality required for the secure saving, retrieval, and real-time processing of massive amounts of sensitive client data. Furthermore, we were solely responsible for the complex, low-level API integration with various enterprise VoIP telecom systems to enable one-click dialing and call logging.
