BlackFox is an essential service-oriented project dedicated to providing top-tier, specialized technical support and expert consulting on complex IT issues for enterprise-level clients. Our pivotal role in maintaining the quality of this service included the custom development of advanced functionality for an intelligent, ticketing-based feedback system. We continuously analyzed and improved the user interface of the client portal to reduce friction during urgent support requests. Most importantly, we were responsible for the rigorous maintenance, continuous monitoring, and optimization of the server infrastructure, ensuring absolute 24/7 functionality and uncompromised data security for all hosted client information.
