User agreement

1. TERMS USED

1.1. A site visitor is a site visitor who does not intend to enter into an agreement.

1.2. The User is a visitor of the Site who accepts the terms of this Agreement.

1.3. Customer - A user with whom a contract for the provision of services.

1.4. Executor - FOP Lyulchenko Sergey Alexandrovich.

1.5. Site - The Internet site owned by the Contractor is located on the Internet at https://old.c347.pro/, where the Services are presented.

1.6. Domain - the address of the site on the Internet.

1.7. Hosting - a place on the servers where the program and media files of the site are located.

1.8. Site content - placing information on the site for non-test purposes.

2. GENERAL PROVISIONS AND SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT

2.1. These rules govern the relationship between the Visitor / User / Customer and the Service Provider.

2.2. The Contractor provides services agreed with the customer. The Contractor provides services only after concluding a formal contract with the customer. The result of the provided services is a set of program and graphic files, databases transferred to the customer at the end of the provision of services under the contract. In some cases, the data will not be transferred, but will be placed on the customer's computer systems, in which case the work related to the provision of services will be carried out on the customer's computer systems, and the contractor will be given all necessary access.

2.3. Developed software, graphics and databases are the object of intellectual property, the rights to which are transferred after full payment for services provided under the contract and signing of the act of services rendered (in some cases payment of invoice)

2.4. The Contractor does not assume responsibility and / or responsibilities for domain name registration (Domain), hosting (Hosting), site content.

2.5. The procedure for execution and delivery of works performed within the services provided is described individually in a formal contract with the customer.

2.6. Payment for services rendered is made on an individual basis on the basis of an individual agreement.

3. PROCEDURE AND STAGES OF INTERACTION WITH THE CUSTOMER ON THE SITE.

3.1. The current site acts as a portfolio. There is no possibility to buy a product or service on the site.

3.2. All services are provided only after concluding a contract with the customer.

3.3. Stages of providing services and ordering services:

3.3.1. if the visitor decides to order services, he contacts the contractor through the contact information provided on the site;

3.3.2. upon reaching an agreement on cooperation, the contractor and the customer sign a formal agreement governing their relationship in the future;

3.3.3. after signing the official contract the customer and the executor follow conditions of the signed contract;

3.3.4. In some cases, it is permissible to issue an invoice to the customer through the Liqpay system. Payment of the invoice (s) in the amount equal to the total amount of services provided under the contract will mean that the customer accepts all services provided by the contractor and has no claims to the quality of services provided.

5. PROTECTION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

5.1. The artist does not receive personal data through the site and does not use them.

5.2. The site uses a google traffic counter. Privacy information is available at https://policies.google.com/privacy. In this case, the site does not collect information.

6. FINAL PROVISIONS

6.1. The Contractor reserves the right to unilaterally amend this Agreement. Changes to the terms of this agreement take effect immediately after their publication on the Site.
